Zeitwart Demo
A test environment in which you can test all of Zeitwart's functions
We have preconfigured a test environment with four different users so that you can test Zeitwart extensively. You can access the system with different authorisations: Anne Apfel, Bernd Blume and Clara Clever
This test environment contains many scenarios that show you the possibilities of Zeitwart. You have received an initial e-mail with a URL to your Zeitwart demo instance and the login details of 3 fictitious Zeitwart users who have different authorisations for the system.
Displays
You may also have received displays that are connected to your demo instance. Simply connect these displays to a power socket and connect them to the Internet (via LAN or WLAN). They will then automatically display the appointments.
In addition to your personal user, who has access rights to all resources in the demo, there are also the following users that have been created automatically:
Anne Apfel
Anne Apfel has the role of student and therefore booking rights to the PC pools. She can only make bookings in accordance with booking rules.
Login/Password: you have received by mail
Bernd Blume
Bernd Blume is part of the staff role, manages the PC pool and can book meeting rooms via RFID.
Login/Password: you have received by mail
Clara Clever
Work in the management. She has booking rights to all resources and can therefore also book the company cars and order catering for the meeting rooms.
