Licence points
We make it easy for you: the number of resources to be booked and the number of displays determine the price, and every package has the same feature set – we do not lock a feature behind a bigger package. The licence points (LP) are added together and you then pay the sum of these points. Individual features cost additional licence points; the calculator shows you which ones.
Calculate here without obligation which is the most favourable package for your requirements and enter the required quantity:

The same feature set is available in all packages, only the number of licence points counts. The more you have, the cheaper it is per licence point:
FAQ
Do you have further questions? Maybe we can help you here:
The licence points are the best way to map your various requirements: do you use Zeitwart to organise your workstations? Then the rates for the desks apply to you, which are only 25% of the normal resource. Do you (possibly additionally) have a meeting room that needs to be equipped with a display and synchronised with Microsoft? Then you only pay for these functions for this room. This way, you only pay for what you use.
Workstations are valued at ¼ LP, 20 workstations then correspond to 5 licence points, i.e. the starter package for €29 per month.
Items – your inventory, such as projectors, screens, furniture or tools – are valued at ⅕ LP. Five items make one licence point, twelve items make three. Rounding up happens across the total rather than per item: three items together cost one point, not three.
Every item in your estate counts, including one that is not assigned to a room. Items count in addition to the resource they sit in – but nothing is counted twice, because an item is never also a room or a workstation.
Items count from the changeover onwards, including your existing inventory – there is no transition period.
If this takes you over your quota, nothing breaks: licence points are not technically enforced. Zeitwart keeps running unchanged, nobody loses access and nothing is blocked. A negative balance is a commercial note – we will get in touch to adjust the licence together.
What is charged is not the door and not the lock, but the connection: at most one per room or service, at 1 LP in addition to the object itself. A meeting room with both a calendar and a lock connection therefore costs 3 licence points – one for the room and one for each connection.
A service can have a lock connection too. Services themselves consume no licence points – their lock connection does. So enter those connections in the calculator in addition to your rooms. If you delete a room or a service, the point goes away again.
Some features are licensed separately and cost a fixed number of points. The first of them is Wayfinding & maps at 25 licence points. Which package you have makes no difference – the feature set is the same in every package, only the number of points counts.
The points count against your quota and are not a separate invoice item – but they do increase what you need. An example: with 28 points for your estate, package S with 30 points fits. Add Wayfinding & maps and you need 53 points, and therefore package M. Tick the feature in the calculator and it works that in for you.
Once an administrator switches a licensable feature on in your installation, it runs free of charge for 30 days. The period starts when the feature is switched on, not when the contract begins. The settings show you the date the trial runs until. It is available once per feature and customer – a reinstallation or a reset does not start it again.
After it expires the feature is locked until a licence is in place – locked features do not disappear but appear greyed out. For Wayfinding & maps only administration is locked: creating, editing, importing and exporting maps is no longer possible, and rooms, items and displays can no longer be assigned to a map. Existing maps can still be viewed – the map view in the booking calendar, the street map, wayfinding and map displays all stay open. You cannot order from inside the application; just get in touch with us instead.
Sure! You can find access data for our demo system here: https://zeitwart.de/docs/anwender/zeitwart-demo Or simply write us a short message and we will be happy to set up a personal demo environment for you, where you can try out everything as an administrator.
That's no problem, you can use any display view in Zeitwart to bring it to your website, so you can display the current room occupancy, for example.
Each display shows one view, the number of views is counted. The display views can be used multiple times; if two displays show exactly the same thing, the view is only counted once. Doorzign displays are not charged monthly, but with a one-off licence.
The event module is included in all packages with full scope, if you only want to book event registrations, the smallest package with 29,-€ net is sufficient.
The Qbic hardware has many advantages, as Zeitwart supports all Qbic displays 100%. Ad-hoc booking via NFC, RFID or mobile phone is possible, the wireless epaper displays can be used or the occupancy is displayed directly via LED. If only one display view is to be shown, for example the current occupancy, any web-enabled device or an iFrame on your homepage can be used as a display.
For universities, libraries or other educational institutions we offer an education discount of 25% on the prices quoted.
