We make it easy for you: The number of resources to be booked and the number of displays determine the price, all timekeeper functions are included. The resource points (RP) are totalled and you then pay the sum of these points:
The full range of functions is available in all packages, only the number of resource points counts. The more you have, the cheaper it is per resource point:
Do you have further questions? Maybe we can help you here:
Resource points are the best way to map your various requirements: do you use Zeitwart to organise your workstations? Then the dependent resource rates apply to you, which are only 25% of the normal resource. Do you have a meeting room that needs to be equipped with a display and synchronised with Microsoft? Then you only pay for these functions for this room. So you only pay for what you use.
A dependent resource always belongs to a higher-level resource. For example, a workstation in an office or a single car park on a site is counted as a dependent resource and only calculated with a ¼ RP. For example, a room with 8 workstations corresponds to a total of 3 RP: the room is calculated with 1 RP, the 8 workstations with a total of 2 RP.
Workstations are counted as a dependent resource with ¼ RP, 16 workstations then correspond to 4 resource points. The room in which the workstations are located is calculated with one RP, so the total is 5 RP.
