Differentiated role administration

Different teams, locations and institutions need different permissions. With Zeitwart you define who can view, book or manage which rooms and resources – for example by location, institution, team or role.

Smart approval procedure

Not every booking needs to be checked manually. Zeitwart approves standard bookings automatically and only forwards special cases for approval – for instance vehicle bookings, events outside opening hours or particular rooms.

Microsoft Integration

Bookings from Microsoft 365 and Outlook are synchronised with Zeitwart – the familiar way of working stays intact. This means a counselling room can be bookable for specific teams only, while a group room is available across locations.

Check-in

With check-in, rooms and resources only count as occupied when the people who booked them are actually present. Unused counselling or group rooms are automatically released again.
