For more than 60 years, HHO has accompanied and supported people with disabilities with a wide range of education, work and housing programmes. With more than 80 locations in the city and district of Osnabrück, good and structured resource planning is essential.

Previously, vehicle planning, catering and meeting room bookings were handled using small open source tools. With the increase in hybrid meetings and further steps towards more digitalisation, the desire for a central solution arose.

 With the Zeitwart solution, our requirements can now be combined in one software, so that a good contact point for all resources could be created.
