Zeitwart supports the integration of various identity providers, enabling flexible and secure authentication for your users. Whether local user accounts, single sign-on via OAuth2 (e.g. Azure AD) or Shibboleth (SAML2) – you decide how your users log in. By connecting to external systems, passwords remain centrally managed whilst ensuring simple and convenient use. Existing roles and user structures can be imported and synchronised. Multiple identity providers can also be integrated in parallel to optimally meet different requirements.

You can limit access to resources with freely configurable booking rules. Thanks to an intelligent organisational structure and rights structure, maintenance is very simple and clear, even for many thousands of resources.

Interactive maps make room management easier than ever before. Zeitwart visualises buildings and floors as clear 2D or modern 3D maps. Users instantly see where free rooms are located and which resources are available, and can book them directly from the floor plan. This makes orientation easier, reduces search times and delivers a significantly better user experience.

With Zeitwart's event module you organise events of any size centrally in one system. Create events with participant limits, enable internal or public registrations and keep track of capacity and attendee lists at all times. After registering, participants automatically receive a digital ticket with a QR code. On admission, tickets can be conveniently scanned and instantly invalidated, so each ticket can only be used once. This digitises the entire process – from registration to admission control – with minimal administrative effort. The documentation covers, among other things, creating and managing events as well as participant registration.

With Zeitwart's new statistics features, you always keep an eye on your room bookings. Use the comprehensive reporting tools to manage your resources efficiently: the overview shows the number of bookings, the time booked and utilisation as a percentage. The booking matrix visualises utilisation grouped by weekday and hour. With the time analysis you can group utilisation by day, week or month. The resource overview provides insight into utilisation per resource. You can also see which user groups book which rooms and which organisational units use which resources. With Zeitwart you can map a very complex rights structure. Each user only receives the booking rights he or she needs, and each administrator can manage his or her organisational unit. All this in a clear and logical interface.
