Whether an induction day, a conference, a workshop, a concert or a summer party – Zeitwart organises events of any size in one place. From planning through publication to registration and admission, the system carries the whole booking process and takes a great deal of administration out of it.

Events created in minutes

New events are set up quickly. Dates can be one-off, span several days or run as a series. For anything that happens regularly, an existing event can simply be duplicated or used as a template – a few clicks turn one event into the next, with all its settings intact.

Participants and ticket bookings

For every event you define the number of places, the registration deadline and a waiting list. Events can be publicly bookable or restricted to particular organisational units, courses of study or user groups. External guests can register without an account of their own.

Beyond the standard fields you can add participant attributes to the registration form – t-shirt size, catering preference, a consent tick. Each field has its own type and validation, and everything entered flows into the participant list and the Excel export.

Straightforward for the people attending

The booking page works equally on phone, tablet and desktop. Participants register in a few steps and automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail. A QR code can be sent with it, which is then scanned at the door for admission – the participant list updates as people arrive.

Changes stay manageable

Events change at short notice. Dates can be moved, cancelled or extended without losing the overview. Free places update automatically and changes are immediately visible to participants. The booking page can be shared at any time by link or QR code.

Editing many events at once

With a large number of events the time saving becomes substantial. Bulk editing updates several events at the same time – moving dates, changing registration deadlines or adjusting settings. Recurring events can be copied or managed together, and participant actions work in bulk too. Roles can even be assigned directly while scanning at the door.
