With Zeitwart's interactive maps, room management becomes visual. Buildings, floors and rooms are displayed clearly, so that users can orient themselves quickly and select free rooms directly on the floor plan.

Instead of searching at length for room numbers or building names, a single glance at the map is enough.

Free rooms can be selected and booked directly on the map. Rooms that are already occupied are recognised immediately, while available rooms are highlighted.

With its interactive maps, Zeitwart combines modern building management with intuitive room booking. The combination of 2D and 3D views provides maximum clarity and makes finding free rooms easier than ever before.

Licensing

Wayfinding & maps is a separately licensed feature and costs 25 licence points. It covers map administration: creating and maintaining maps and floor plans, and assigning rooms, items and displays to them. The points count against your quota – they are not a separate invoice item, but they do increase what you need.

Once an administrator switches the feature on, it runs free of charge for 30 days; the settings show the date it runs until. The trial is available once per feature and customer. After that administration is locked until a licence is in place – the menu item does not disappear but appears greyed out. What people see stays open: existing maps can still be viewed, and the map view in the booking calendar, the street map, wayfinding and map displays all work unchanged. The maps just cannot be maintained any more.
