Book from anywhere
Phone, browser, QR code or the display at the room: Zeitwart books the same way everywhere.
Zeitwart runs as a web application in the browser. There is no app to install, no device left out and no second interface to maintain separately. Anyone with a browser can book – from the work phone to the display on the wall.
Mobile devices
Users typically carry their mobile device with them. Zeitwart is displayed as a web app directly in the browser, so no app installation is required. Zeitwart can therefore be used from anywhere to view an occupancy or make a booking on the go. If the user's credentials are stored on the device, a fingerprint or Face ID is enough to log in, depending on the device. All views are mobile first, meaning they were primarily designed to be displayed on a mobile device.
Room displays
We offer optional displays that are perfectly integrated into Zeitwart. In addition to showing the bookings, the displays can also indicate occupancy via LED and let you authenticate directly at the display via NFC chip. A booking can then be made directly, without any further login step.
HDMI displays
Existing screens can carry on being used. You plug in an HDMI stick and show a Zeitwart view on it – as an overview in the foyer, a floor plan, or the display outside a single room. These views are read-only; nobody books on them.
QR code at the room
A QR code next to the door takes people straight to that room's view on their own phone. It is the quickest route for guests and for anything spontaneous: room free? Then book it now. The same code also carries the check-in if you have switched it on.
The same experience everywhere
Every view is designed mobile first – it works on the small screen before it grows wider. Anyone who learned to book on a phone finds their way around the desktop immediately. Where credentials are stored on the device, a fingerprint or face recognition is enough to sign in.
