Protecting your data is the top priority at Zeitwart. Our SaaS solution for room and resource management meets all the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and offers the highest security standards for your organisation.
Hosting in Germany
Zeitwart runs exclusively on the servers of our hosting partner Hetzner.
All data remains in Germany and is therefore subject to strict European data protection law.
Hetzner is certified to ISO 27001 – an internationally recognised standard for information security.
Data processing agreement (DPA)
With every customer we conclude a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement (DPA) in accordance with Art. 28 (3) GDPR.
This clearly governs how personal data is processed and provides a legal basis for secure use.

We use modern technologies to reliably protect personal data:

Every customer works on its own database and instance.
This ensures that data is strictly separated from one another and that no unauthorised access is possible.
Clear responsibilities
Zeitwart: hosting, infrastructure, security & GDPR-compliant data processing
Customer: management of their own data, assignment of user rights
Data deletion at the end of the contract
Once the collaboration ends, all data is securely and irrevocably deleted.
On request, customers receive proof of the deletion.
