Automatically synchronised with your room planning
All room displays are connected directly to Zeitwart. As soon as a booking is created, changed or cancelled, the display updates automatically.
Among other things, the following information can be displayed:
current occupancy status
ongoing and upcoming appointments
room name and room number
event name
organiser
time
individual notes or messages
This gives employees and visitors reliable, up-to-date information at all times – without any manual updating.
Manage centrally – everything on one platform
All room displays are managed centrally via Zeitwart. New devices can easily be added, configured and monitored. Changes to bookings or content are transferred automatically to all connected displays.
