Touch room displays

The TD series displays are touch panel PCs that sit permanently on the wall next to the door, wired into your Zeitwart installation. They do more than show what is happening inside the room – you can book on them.

Booking without reaching for your phone

Anyone standing in front of a free room holds their badge against the display, authenticates by NFC or RFID chip and books in two taps. No login, no switching devices, no hunting for a free room down the corridor.

Coloured status LEDs along the sides of the casing show from several metres away whether a room is free, busy soon or in use. That saves checking every single display in the hallway.

What you need for it

The devices register themselves with your installation through a start URL. You approve them in the display administration and assign them to a room – that is the whole setup. Each display is then an account of its own with its own roles, so you control exactly what is allowed at that device: display only, ad-hoc booking, or checking in on behalf of others.

Maintenance runs from the interface. Restart, clear cache, change the target URL or set the clock are command jobs – nobody has to climb a ladder.
