Work in your familiar Office environment and let Zeitwart display and manage your appointments.
Zeitwart can be integrated into your Microsoft Exchange environment. You can then continue to add all resources to appointments in Outlook as usual. In addition, you can then use all the functionalities of Zeitwart: have the occupancy of the rooms shown on displays or grant certain user groups access to the rooms under freely definable booking conditions.
For example, a meeting room could be bookable for the marketing department on Fridays, but not on the other days.
