Create series bookings
Would you like to book a resource for several dates?
This is not a problem at all in Zeitwart. You use the "Series until ..." option under "Create booking".
If this option is not displayed, you do not have the necessary rights, as they may have been restricted by the administrators of the organisational unit.
To create a series booking, follow the usual procedure as for a normal booking and select the desired start date of the series as the starting point:
In "Create booking", however, you use the "Series until ..." option already mentioned:
Here you can select the desired interval of the series:
Under "Repeat until", select a date until which the series should run:
Important: You do not specify the last day of the series to be booked here, but rather limit the period in which Zeitwart should create the appointments in the specified interval starting from the start day (e.g. a Monday). If you select a day under "Repeat until" that is not in the interval, the last series booking will be on a day before this is the case (if you enter a Friday but the series is on Mondays, it will be the last Monday before this, for example).
When you save the series, the corresponding appointments are created directly:
You can of course edit the created series bookings afterwards. For example, it is possible to delete individual appointments if you want to interrupt the series for one or more appointments. You can find out more about this in the other tutorials on series bookings.
