Field: Event / Name

Free text. Single-line. Initial blank. Defines the displayed event name.

Field: Event / Teaser

Free text field. Single-line. Initially empty. Defines displayed event subtitle.

Field: Event / Place

Free text field. Single-line. Initially empty. Defines displayed venue.

Field: Event / Date

Date field. Initial current day. Selection in calendar field by left click. Defines event date.

Field: Event / Start

Time field. Drop-down menu. Initial 20:00. Selection separated by hours and minutes. Defines event time. Hours limited by booking rules (opening hours) (e.g. 07 to 22). Minutes only in steps of 15 (00, 15, 30, 45).

Field: Event / Available tickets

Number field (integer). Initial 0. Free entry or incremental (-/+). Minimum value: 0. Maximum value: 2147483647.

Field: Event / Max tickets per reservation

Number field (integer). Initial 4. free entry or incremental (-/+). Minimum value: 0. Maximum value: 2147483647.

Field: Event / Description

Free text field. Multi-line. Initial blank. Formatable (B/I/P/H2/H3/Lists). Defines displayed event description.

Menu: Event / E-mail texts

Fold-out menu. Allows optional additional texts to be entered for e-mails.

Field: Event / Email text reservation request.

Free text field. Single-line. Initially empty. Optional access text for e-mail for reservation request.

Field: Event / E-mail text reservation confirmation.

Free text field. Single-line. Initially empty. Optional access text for e-mail for reservation confirmation.

Field: Event / E-mail text cancellation.

Free text field. Single-line. Initially empty. Optional access text for cancellation e-mail.

Field: Event / URL (optional)

Free text field. Single-line. Initially empty. Defines URL to call up the event. Entry optional. If not entered: combination of date + name + number (e.g. 2023-04-17-name or 2023-04-17-name-1, if the former example has already been assigned). On entry: Acceptance of the field content. Spaces are HTML-encoded (%20). URL syntax: https://<domain>/tickets/<url-field-content>

Field: Event / Public

Switch (Enabled/Disabled). Initially deactivated. Defines whether the event is public. If activated: Event visible to non-registered users. If deactivated: Event only visible to registered users whose role is assigned to the right to view events of the associated organisational unit.

Field: Event / Organisational unit

Selection field. Drop-down menu. Initially empty. Defines which organisational unit is associated with the event. Above: Inherit rights and rules of the connected organisational unit.

View: Ticket Reservation

Frontend. Display for users when calling up Event / URL. Serves to trigger a reservation request.

Shows field contents of Event / Name, Event / Teaser, Event / Date, Event / Start, Event / Location, Event / Description.

Shows available remaining contingent. Corresponds to: Event / Available tickets minus quantity of reserved tickets.

Field: Ticket reservation / First name

Free text field. Single-line. Initially empty. Defines first names of users for reservation requests.

Field: Ticket reservation / Name

Free text field. Single-line. Initially empty. Defines last names of users for reservation requests.

Field: Ticket reservation / E-mail address

Free text field. Single-line. Initially empty. Defines the e-mail address of users for reservation requests.

Field: Ticket reservation / Tickets

Selection field. Drop-down menu. Initial 1st selection limited to Event / Max tickets per reservation.

Field: Privacy policy

Switch (Enabled/Disabled). Initially deactivated. Defines whether users accept privacy policy (linked). Activation required for reservation request.
