Smart approval procedure

Zeitwart features a smart approval procedure that can be switched on when needed, for cases where direct bookings are not desirable. For each role, you can define per organisational unit whether an approval process is required:

The configuration can be carried out separately for both "bookings without restrictions" and "bookings with booking rules", allowing very flexible control.

A variation of the Zeitwart approval process is used when booking services, in order to obtain the consent of the associated service providers.
