Zeitwart is not licensed per user but by licence points. Rooms, desks and API resources each cost a certain number of points – how many people work with them makes no difference. That makes the cost predictable: it grows with the building, not with the headcount.
Consumption follows the stock
Zeitwart regularly takes a snapshot of your stock and counts three categories in it: desks, rooms and API resources. Consumption follows from that.
The difference from usage matters: a room nobody books costs exactly as much as one that is permanently occupied. Anyone wanting to save points therefore tidies up unused resources rather than changing behaviour. Desks count as only a quarter of a point, which keeps desk sharing cheap.
Always visible where you stand
The menu item shows four figures at a glance: the licensed total quota, current consumption, the balance between them and the expiry date of the licence. A negative balance blocks nothing and is not a technical fault – it is a commercial signal worth following up before somebody else does.
Since when has this been rising?
The development tab shows the trend over a period you choose, with quick selections for 30 days, 90 days and 12 months. That answers the question that comes up at every licence renewal: has the stock grown organically, or did one single action cause the jump?
With several tenants too
If you run several licensees in one installation, each gets its own quota. A table compares quota, consumption, balance and the time of the last synchronisation with the licence server for every tenant. Where a figure differs from expectations, the last synchronisation is almost always the explanation.
