Freely configurable booking rules control access to resources in Zeitwart. Thanks to inheritance, the intelligent organisational and permission structure makes it possible to manage many thousands of resources at once, while each organisational unit can in principle be assigned its own booking rules.

Alongside classics such as regular and special opening hours, the configurable rules include, among other things, maximum bookings per day and week, quantity limits for the number of resources booked at the same time, and a solution for time quotas. Minimum lead times before bookings, the option for exception rules and the like round off the picture.
